HPI Gasoline Savage Octane XL
Although it’s not a Large Scale Vehicle, the Savage 4×4 Octane XL is one of the coolest new RC’s being released in 2013. It will share a lot of the same technical aspects with its bigger Large Scale brothers and will offer super cheap extended run times. It will be very interesting to see what happens when the engine guys get their hands on this new 15cc motor.
HPI Baja West Coast Irvine Lake Nationals Warm up Race
Come out and check out the 2012 HPI Baja Irvine Lake West Coast Nationals track on Saturday, August 11th. HPI 2012 Summer Rebate Program
The HPI/HB Consumer Rebate Program is back for Summer 2012!
We’ll send consumers a Summer 2012 Rebate Check on selected products purchased from July 14th – August 31st, 2012. It’s real simple, once your customer has purchased a qualifying HPI or HB vehicle, they just need the original store receipt and the UPC Code from the box. Then fill in the apropriate info on the Rebate Web Form, print and mail it all in by September 30th, 2012 and HPI RACING will send them a check in the mail! Within hours of releasing our Front Bumper for the HPI 5B (#81972), we heard a strong demand for a way to mount some lights to it. The wait is over!
Turtle Racing Billet Pull Start
Turtle Racing has designed & manufactured this Pull Start to greatly reduce the problems starting your Zen/CY motors. We started with a very heavy duty rope, then we added a double sealed bearing to the Spool. The bearing helped tremendously, no more plastic on plastic friction. We then modified the aluminum spawl, polished it and Teflon Plated it. We designed the housing for proper venting while not allowing debris to enter.
Thunder Valley’s King of California Race 04-30-11
I had a great time up at Thunder Valley last weekend attending their “King of California” race. I left late Friday night and stayed at a local hotel so I could get to the track early on Saturday to setup my live broadcasting gear so those who couldn’t make it could watch from home.

Team Chase Silver Cage for Baja 5T & 5SC
The Team Chase cage was designed to be driven and abused. Scale looks, Extremely Strong, and light weight. Replaces the stock cage on your Baja 5T & 5SC and allows easy access to work on your truck. The Cage attaches to the 8 body mount points, 2 in the front and rear, and 2 on each side. So as fast you just pull the 8 clips and its OFF!
Barndog Aluminum Panels for Team Chase Roll Cage
These panels are made specifically for the TeamChase Roll Cage to allow users to run with the cage only and have a truggy style look added to their already beefy cage.
They are hand made in California and fit the Chase Cage like a glove. They come in a raw aluminum finish that you can leave as is, paint, powdercoat, polish or vinyl wrap to your liking.
