Apparently you CAN"T read!
6023 - Signature Series Brad Hill Edition Full Mod Zenoah 4 Bolt 30.5cc Game Over Engine - Billet Crankcase - Full Mod Engines - Engines - HPI Baja, etc.
your engine was bought off the shelf. Noting custom about that. Just customized. FYI you should have done a better job hiding or removing the obvious advertising logos. A dead give away.

You can't even multiply to get the final gear ratio of your customized??????
which is a 6.48:1. You will only get so much speed from hp and over gearing will not help. That includes bigger tires and wrong gearing. The only thing you care about is MPH and to get that you know nothing about how to do it but over gear. All you know how to do is buy products off the shelf and call it custom. With 27 yrs. of custom building and designing my own stuff NOT customizing I have done it all. You will learn a great deal more that way than the way you think. Experience is BLISS and the fact that you don't have that shows.

So keep on doing speed laps up and down the street you have plenty more MPH to chase but not enough room to do it. I have seen the end results of what happens when some one like yo keeps on playing in the street. IT WILL BE ALL YOR FAULT AND YOU WILL PAY ALL DAMAGES!

AS for the links they are all real and available. I don't have to fake something to look good. I prefer sit back and watch the accuser fake their way out.

According to the link you posted that "proves" your point, this is the same engine you say I purchased??

Funny.....other than the wildly popular OBR 3pc crankcase & V2 sealed clutch housing.....and of course the 30mm crankshaft required to reach the 30.5cc combustion chamber volume....I don't see any similarities....

And according to the web page you linked to, that is a 30.5cc alright, but it clearly states that it is the "Brad Hill "Game Over" signature series engine" and "This engine is designed and tuned exclusively for oval racing and is not suited for bashing"

This clear statement by the engine builder, leads me to believe that that specific engine is tuned for much higher rpm power band, and has a high exhaust port roof, along with slightly lower compression to make any possible extra rpm peak increase. This scenario is QUITE DRASTICALLY different from the port timing that I personally spec'd my cylinder to, being that I desired a higher torque peak much lower in the rpm range, and made no port timing or ignition timing efforts towards increasing upper-rpm peak.

And, also, clearly, does not have a billet head kit with a Zenoah cylinder machined to accept a 17:1 compression dome, which would decrease peak rpm noticeably, and most definitely not a desirable trait for circle-track racing.

Hmm...either do I see any of the the billet mounts, manifold, or even the same carburetor on that engine you linked....you sure you linked the right engine??

You should also easily know the exact weight of this flywheel that I spent several long evenings shaving, drilling, and balancing in this "off the shelf" motor??

Or can you just tell me the squish clearance on that 17:1 dome? Or, hell, how about just simply what piston is in there at all? LOL.......how deep are your pockets buddy? Click the image to open in full size. I'm a gambling man......bet you a clean easy $1,000 that you can't.....

And since you're so excessively knowledgeable about THIS EXACT motor that I've "bought off the shelf", how about you even fill me in on the transfer port roof timing? Or maybe even the EXACT (I want down to the .1-degrees please!) exhaust port roof that I had such fun getting right? Should be easy, right? I mean, It was "bought off the shelf" so you should be able to google it and link to it in seconds......no hurry.......I'll wait....

And, of course, just as a teaser to throw in there about gearing.....here's some homework for you to prove wrong.....

Link away homie! Hahaha!

And, just for extra gigglesnorts, here's one of my scribble sheets of gearing options that I've calculated with my GPS telemetry through various gearing and tire/wheel options that I currently have, and the calculated estimations of top speeds, and also rpm for each individual gear.....

That should keep you busy for a little bit I'll be back this evening to check your work!

You can throw out all the info you want. You bought the motor from OBR and the add on's. That is 100% fact. Just cause you can throw out numbers doesn't mean a thing. As for calculating the gear ratios you can't even do that right. The final gear ratio is all you need to figure out the speed. Which you have continued to ignore Your gearing BS is garbage and useless as you need the final gear ratio. With all that hp you have forgot the basic principal's and don't have a clue to what your doing. All you need to figure out the speed is the hp , final gear ratio, tire size and weight. Nothing more. I have proven the motor came from OBR. it was off the shell and it doesn't matter if you bought the parts and put it together yourself or had them do it. The fact is you need more Hp to run the gear ratio you selected. All the engine specs create HP. OBR did all the work for you machining the engine. Cutting the fly wheel anyone can do that. As for the final gear ratio you should be starting a 57/18 based on your tire size final ratio 7.59:1. Which you have over geared. You would need an airport runway to get top speed. Only a 12 hp motor will push a 54/20.

RPM is useless in calculating speed. The HP and torque band are lower than the peak RPM which doesn't make any HP. OBR knows how to build motors and isn't going to nickel and dime trying to build a motor that people can't afford. So if you did machine this motor you got it wrong with the numbers just as you have with the final gearing.

Before these motors came to market they were using chain saw motors which had lower RPM and Huge HP. Times have changed and the EPA cracked down on manufacturing forcing them make the emissions better. it's still going on today. So Rpm is useless to calculate speed.

So many are getting faster speeds than you with less HP. Something is REAL funky here?????? YOUR numbers.

There we go a good discussion going and we are going to keep it going till the sun comes up
Hay King are you sure your right
He had some points there
Better check your links just to be sure
I'd hate to see you have to admit your wrong

All the information on the engine spec are useless and his gearing calculation are too. All garbage That isn't needed to figure out the speed. I figured out the final gear and he is over geared causing the motor to slow down and take longer to get top speed. I proved the engine was OBR! What he specked out was extra$$$$$. Truly a waste of money.

Now King a waste of money if he's happy that's all that matters
Besides you have me to be disappointed in when you're wrong
And your wrong as usual
But keep trying sooner or later your bound to get one right

How can I be WRONG when all you do is post a pile of poop and and someone can't calculate gearing to figure out speed. Using RPM is use less as RPM and power are lost threw the transmission. You can never get the max rpm from any motor. My calculation is right on with a 57/18 to start giving a final ratio of 7.59:1 with a truck of 7.65. NOT a 6.48:1 which is over geared slowing the motor down with truck tires and not to mention the stock canister muffler with the added silencer which also reduce power.. Again back to the real issue Speed is time over distance!

As usual King how can you calculate the rpm of a motor you never have seen or heard run without a tack to read rpm
So that means you're off quite a bit
