Prepped 35lbs of Elk, Venison and Beef Jerky today. Honey Terriyaki, Pepper, Sweet BBQ, Hickory and Mesquite flavors. Tonight gotta grind up 80lbs of Elk, Venison and Pork for Sausage, Summer sausage, Garlic Thuringer and Black beer game brats. 24 hours to cure then into the smoker for 6-12 hours. YUM!

I give most of the sausage to family and friends. I keep the jerky lol 35lbs ends up yielding about 15-18lbs. I vacuum seal it in foil bags and it lasts a year at least in the freezer.

Good afternoon gents. Got up early today to go run the Losi's with Frank and with that piece of shit Ted (bastard never invited me). The location was small but a lot of fun! I honey badgered my rig again and broke the front right CVD. Drove it for a little while more in 3WD and man it was a handful! Tried to launch it into space off the back side of a jump but I failed. :(

The postman just knocked on my door and was about to hand me a package and said "oh I thought I had a package for you" and just handed me my mail. So I walk outside to see where he went and saw him coming back from my neighbors house two doors up. I told him that I was expecting a package and he said yeah I accidentally put your package in the neighbors garage mail slot and almost gave you his package. I asked if he knocked on the door and he said yes but no one was home. He said sorry, there was nothing he could do now.
