Default Upstate NY!

Hey all! Another NYer here!... I am in the Albany area... do a lot of smaller scale offroad stuff... this past summer we got pushed into the Baja craze and it really took off in the Capital Region... it also helps to have DPR right up the road and a couple local tracks to run on...

Yeah we did the adjustments last night... replaced a couple 90w floods with 90w spots and one 150w flood... even the far end is VERY visable... Mike also went ahead and dug in the oval with his 5B... its too small for 5ths... but should be a ton of fun with the smaller stuff...

Nice, I suppose this means I have to put an offroad at my house now. Better test out the tiedowns I welded to your trailer and drag your bobcat up here.

Yeah I know it would... first thing is Trishs tires... then I can play with money for the trailer... I still want to see if they can still do that ramp for the price they quoted at Heavy Hauler... premade split ramps for $250 installed... thats a good deal...

Hello All,

Got the Large Scale Bug. Got my 5t today. Anyhow. If we can get some people and equipment together, I have a few acres available to make a large scale offroad track/club in Rensselaerville NY. Its 40min from Glenmont. I would love to make a track to hold weekly race events and have somewhere where people can go any time of day to run.. Get ahold of me if intrested.

Welcome to the site. Your best bet for a track is either in PA or Upstate NY. There aren't many tracks around NYC. There's a good amount of bashers on LI though.
