I have to say there C/S excellent 5 stars.
they stand behind there name.

Yeah Ive seen the service save a few bike owners from frustration hell. They did a great job when I got the e-gyro kit for my older vmx450 bike. The kit was a full rear wheel already assembled with new tire and insert so just needed to be bolted in and wires routed. I did a few more things like change out plugs, but it was nice touch. Some things they need to work on however, is delays and time estimates for releases of products, like said e-gyro kit release being pushed back like 4 times and 5 months. Another aspect that would make customer service needed less is if quality control at the manufacturer in China was better, it would probably save them money in replacing parts that are not up to snuff. As is though, CS does a good job for Atomik retaining happy customers so yeah thumbs up. They went above and beyond getting an rc dirt bike with the most features of anything out there for us living in the USA.

my esc for the gyro went out. Lets see what happens. The bike is 30 days old today. I have a felling they will take good care of me.

yes they did. They went above and beyond any thing I thought they do.
#1 in my book.
