out of the box this thing is bad ass. The only thing make sure every thing is tight, the forks and shock need a little fine tuning. My gyro needs some looking at it sounds like its going to blast off. The one thing I would get right away is anther battery pack. Badger ran the 5000 and gets about 15 more min than the stock battery and the power on the punch is better. Like Chip said the radio more than the dx3s. It may not look as good but who cares.

All in all for the price you just can't beat it.
just like any thing else one is fun but two or more is a blast.

now if the rain will stay away tell tonight lets do it again I want to ride.

Thanks for the info. This motorcycle looks like its a good quality rc bike. I only like to buy nice rcs with available parts. Ill order one next week and get on the band wagon. Are there any extra parts I should order with the bike?

I would check with Atomik on when their sale is ending, I thought it ended on Jan 2nd. Would suck if you missed it by a couple days.

Hey Jones Auto...get yourself the optional shock assembly and aluminum rear sprocket, a spare chain, extra rear shock pivots, 80-90 wt rear shock oil and some good 2s 5000-6000mah 50-60c lipos...1 of the guys at the track installed the front brake system ( around $30.00 with servo ) looked cool and functional

It looks like it's supposed to rain all morning until about noon tomorrow. Hourly Weather Forecast for Brisbane - weather.com

You planning on running in the rain? I'd like to get some better pics of them running but can't do that if it's raining. If you can only run in the morning then that's good with me to.

What size shirt does your boy wear?

Rain hasn't stopped me yet , but it's supposed to clear up in the afternoon and we plan on hanging out most of the day. A medium should fit him with some room to grow (he's already stealing my shirts) I'd rock the hell out of a beanie if one got thrown at me

Jake just finished replacing the triple clamp plastic thingamabobs and the electric gyro/rear wheel hub on my ARX 540 so we should have 4 dirt bikes running today.

we put a beating on these bikes and they took it. What a champ I'm glad I got it. If anyone is thinking of getting one get it before the sale ends.

badger got his ARX running after how long? And it lasted all of a day.

I should have never grabbed either one of my transmitters, I think I broke both of my bikes within 10-15 minutes.

I just posted some of the photos and a link to the gallery from yesterdays session in this thread.
