| ![]() I am not sure about a conversoion yet. It is very possible! When all the parts come available we could look into the cost. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I also got a potential part # for the possible conversion kit to turn the buggy into the W5. Part# 141200X0 . Not sure on what all it includes, from what I was advised it could include all the usual stuff as well as the body and tires. Again, not definite on this. I would be very curious to see how this goes against the 5ive-T . I know its smaller dimensions for sure but it does have that MCD Race heritage. Last edited by Cain; 12-02-2011 at 10:09 AM.

| ![]() That body (to me), looks like a newer more modern version of the old Baja 1000. Very nice. ![]() |

| ![]() Looks like it will be 10 pounds lighter than the new losi!!! If they race in the same class the losi guys might be in trouble. |

| ![]() got some more info. For converting the buggy you will also need the longer rear shocks for the front as the tower is taller. the W5 will also come with the new CVDs as well, but I was told by the rep that the ones with the buggy now will be fine. |

I was rearly tempted to get the W5 but the price has jumped from the estimated £599.99 to nearer £800, a bit dear as I was going to put a BZM 28.5cc in it and race it, as it will be lighter than the Losi, in fact the only thing heavier than my Losi is my lardy 5T at 41lb ouch and that has been slimmed down ![]() Well I have until the new year to decide and have still got to get my head round the Venom VMX450 steering and setting the ESC up properly I have a hearing problem and listening for the beeps is not working for me, so a program card is my next purchase for the VMX. The weather is very wet and gale force winds so no running in the Losi for the moment, so a bit disappointed, hey ho, plenty to do,garden to sort out before the freeze, a few DIY jobs to do aswell, I could start the winter rebuild's a little earlier than I usually do, I prefer it to freeze rather than rain as I can run the vehicles without worrying about too much water ingress. ![]()

| ![]() I guess I don't follow, can you elaborate on why the white film is bad? Is it because its hard to see your inner masking designs or something like that? |
