Post PegLeg's House of Fun and Frustration

Thought I'd jump on the build, break, sell organs to buy, rebuild bandwagon.

I'll update stuff as I do it. Anyone who doesn't like what I'm doing can lick my balloon-knot. Due to my fragile ego, constructive criticism will initially be rejected and party in question will be sent to hell. Later, said party will likely be thanked and sent back to hell.

OTHER THREAD RULES: none

Got these in the mail a couple weeks ago, but just now getting around to throwing them on.

I can't see your image. Changed it to a link so at least it can be viewed that way.

When inserting an image code from photobucket you do not need to click on the image button on the editor. Just copy and past the IMG code directly from photobucket into the forum

That way you won't get the IMG tags on either side of it!

Apparently, the lightened outdrives are chewing up the Bartolone discs. No big deal for now, but I'll likely switch to the stockers for my next diff rebuild.

Bottoms in with some blue goo on the bolt threads. Won't be pulling off those suckers for a while.

These suckers are getting the red stuff. If they don't hold, I'll replace with longer bolts and use lock nuts.

Pegleg, where do you race in the Chicago area? Gilbert track? Just looking for some more tracks in that area when I travel with my trucks back to the midwest....

By the way I race with JR Threshold, the Rezzie dude. Last week at the track he had a set of prototype brake disks on his truck. They were thicker than stock and looked great! We also tried out a set of Rezzies he had done for the Losi. The Rezzies will be comming out soon. Ill ask him next week at the track if hes going to make the disks for production.
