Leaking exhaust gasket. Jug gasket might be leaking also but can't really tell from the pic whether it's running down from the exhaust or another leak.

Exhaust gasket leak. Replace it and use some hi temp copper sealant on both sides of the gasket and you should be good to go.

The goo is coming from the exhaust. It doesn't take much for the gasket to leak once the bolts start to back out. I have had that same thing happen a few times and it made a nice mess to clean up. I now make sure to tighten down the header bolts every time I stop.

I can't seem to tightened the right header screw all the way. The curve on the header doesn't let me get a long hex wrench in there. What do you all recommend?

You'll need to use a ball tip Allen on it or cut one down to fit.

I cut one down to work. I am actually able to tighten down the bolts between runs without removing the body with this.

My solution to this is to take a one of the inexpensive T handle allen drivers that comes with the 5ive or Baja and cut it off as shown using a Dremel cut-off wheel.

Now I have a nice long handled allen driver that is short enough on the end to fit into the hard to access bolt and provide enough leverage to tighten the bolt completely.

Red loctite on the bolts helps keep them from backing off too.
