If I only buy one it will be the Beemer just because it is slightly different to most for sale at this moment in time, I was hoping that as the body was designed by John at RCP an exact copy of the 1-1 he designed and fabricated for the German team, although it is really a American Trophy Truck chassis and good old V8 under the hood that sound's so sweet, only with the BMW body shape and badges, I thought we would have had the X6 body from RCP before now, he must have got a really good deal from FG is all I can say. I have been looking every where to get just one of the bodies, so no luck there, so my MCD Evo 2.5 will get the MCD SC W5 body conversion, I am using a Pro-Line fifth scale Desert Rat truck body conversion tey did to convert the HPI early RTR 5B buggy into a truck, it is a shame they do not do that body any more even without the conversion body mount's, but the scale was all wrong, but it does look good on the MCD or any truck or buggy with a shorter wheel base than the 5B, if the FG's do not get here soon they will lose a sale, because Christmas is on the way and either a electric buggy or the MCD SC W5 will be at the top of my list. With it looking like John no longer going to do the BMW body and no sign of the the Class 1 buggy body/cage, as he seems to have stopped development of his Class 1 buggy and LED light systems also, unless his 1-1 work has just overtaken him and he has not the time for us that have to make do with RC's, as we can not afford a 1-1, well I could if I just wanted to get a divorce lose my dog's and live in the truck in a lock up in the Ural's. I was looking at the motor's that lost in MN posted for the FG's they do not look up to much, almost yesterday's product's, I thought they were brushed when I first looked at them. | |
