Default Which Futaba radio?

Hi there.
I've finally become annoyed enough with my Spektrum DX3's lousy range, that I'm going to go with Futaba.
I have checked out the 3PM and 3PK radios and other than the $200 dollar price difference, what makes one better than the other?

The 3pk is the only one that comes with the good reciever that can auto detect what mode the transmitter is in. It also comes with a rechargable pack for the transmitter. Both have the FASST mode, do you have digital servos? If you don't have digital servos make shure it's not in HRS mode before you turn on your reciever pack the first time.

Here's Futaba's website so you can read up on both.

I was going to say the PK has lots more features, but aparantly they've added most of the good featues to the PM.

On the 3PK You can adjust ABS exactly how you want it--cycle, % braking, when it comes on/when it shuts off. There are traction controls--you can slow down or speed up rate of accel, you can slow your servos down if they are too fast, up timer/down timer with vibrating grip alarm, lap timer, expo is graphable--you can run a "standard" expo or a "linear" expo--you can run an HRS module which is quicker than the other modules, sub trim/trim is graphed, you can shut functions off or assign almost any function to almost any switch. 20 model memory, and the 3pk can move the steering wheel to the left side, for left handed people.
