Default 13$ portable batery volt indicator modification

Hi Guys,
I made myself a portable volt watch and find it kinda handy,so I would like to share it with you guys ,easy to make and the parts can be ordert by Dave,s at ddm

YouTube- pitbullcrew hpi baja portable batery volt indicator modification
portable batery volt indicator mod ,just plug it in your main charching plug of your baja.
Just cut off the small plug from the indicator en putt a taymita plug on it ,finish it of with some heat schrink tube and whalla !
Now you can check your batery and remove it !(or leave it at his place, its locks just like your charge plug)
total cost :13 $
Greetings Rene

Very nice!!
Does it stick out to far on the 5B that may cause it to get damaged or pull out under extreme conditions?

Hi Eddy, I personal use it only to check and then remove it when I now its oke
However you can let it in place (it is lockt by the plastic hook)
When it is going to be used in a 5B then you can make the heatschrink to bent in a 90 degree angle
So its a 2 way device ,leave it on or remove after check
Keep in mind that the voltwatch stays on, even if the switch is off(so done with driving then remove it )
Greetings Rene

I used a HPI voltmeter for the savage x and mounted it in the radiobox just below the charge port, fit perfect, looks great, but cost more than $13!
