I've had nothing but outstanding customer service with ddm. Richie is correct, they get really busy sometimes, so the replies can be a bit late. I've never had them fail to answer a question or concern.

Honestly they have been the most customer service orientated company I have ever bought anything from. I'm the next state over from them witch probably helps a lot on the shipping end but any issues that came up they have always taken care of them right away.

ddm is the best. People often get on the phone and hog up the lines, yapping on and on. Email them again. What time of the day was it? They are in Utah, USA.
They will take care of you. Or email the manufacturer of the part. What part was it?

Wait, in one post you say problem solved, but the next post you are still unsatisfied? Can you give me an order number so I can check out what happened? We operate with limited phone hours because if we turned our phones on the second we walked in the door we wouldn't be able to get anything done. If you call outside of normal phone hours you can leave a message and your call will be returned. As an option you can email us: sales@davesmotors.com and we should be able to assist you more quickly.

Good timing. I'm brand spankin new to "Large Scale" but not to rc. As you can see this is my 1st post & wanted to throw in my quick 2 cents. I wouldn't be on this thread if it wasn't for the help I got from Steve.

Called them w/ questions on a rig I was going to order and he talked to me for quite a while w/ ideas that led me to my purchase after i spent 2 days on the web & watchin YouTube. I would have ended up w/ a rig that I would have been unhappy with if he hadn't of taken the time to share his ideas & experience.

I ordered a couple of additional items that weren't necessary online. He called me & got me squared away. Been a long time since I experenced customer service like that. In fact, can't remember the ladt time that's happened!

Steve @ ddm is probably one of the best CS guys in our hobby. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, he's most always willing to spend the time to make sure you're getting what you want/need.
