Daaaaaaaaaamn! How did you manage to do that? Or was it a "mis-management" issue? Brings a new meaning to the term "headache". I bet that bled like a stuck hog!

Ed did not feel a thing.

I on the other hand felt it all. 2 lacerations requiring 20+ staples.

Here is the shirt I was wearing where you can clearly see the tire marks on the back.

All I know is that I was walking along the fence next to the front straight after turn marshaling and BAM! I am on the ground bleeding like a stuck pig.

I did glance back and see 2 trucks lining up for the jumps, but they were not heading for me so I just kept making my way back to position.

From what I am told, the 2 trucks raced each other to the first jump and when they hit the jump one of the trucks bumped the other sending it flying out of control towards the fence. It must have been a good bump since it is clear from the marks on my back that the truck was almost completely on its side.

At the time I figured the impact of the truck shoved me in to the fence causing the lacerations in my melon. It is also possible the impact of the truck caused my head to snap back and the truck essentially rode up my back and the under carriage caused them as it went over. Doesn't really matter since the end result is the same.

Funny part is the truck I marshaled is the one that hit me. Gives you an idea how small the track was.

Man Rob I hope you get to feeling better! This just proves my point! A grown man can still have toys as long as they have the potential to hurt you.
